–CIRCUS' designated beauty experts, Angelica Ruiz and Taylor Scheibe, went out into the bustling streets of Michigan Avenue to ask stylish sidewalkers what the one beauty product they could not live without was. "I think that would be my mascara and my eyeliner. I can't go without it. Like I don't have to rock with foundation or anything, but mascara and eyeliner are like my go-to beauty products.
